Duke of Edinburgh Licenced Centre Kirkstone House School is a centre for the Duke of Edinburgh Awards. We offer the opportunity for pupils to undertake the Bronze Award from Year 9 and the Silver Award is also available subject to demand. Pupils doing the Duke of Edinburgh Award do personal development-building in areas of Skills and Physical, and also do Volunteering. We also lead an overnight Expedition annually to the Rutland Water area.
